Turkey
For shipments to Turkey, please take note of the following requirements:
- The recipient’s full and accurate contact information, especially their mobile phone number, must be stated on the address label.
- Goods must be clearly described to facilitate proper classification under the Turkish Customs Tariff Schedule (GTIP).
Regardless of declared value, the recipient is required to appoint a licensed customs broker to clear the packages. Turkey Post (PTT) does not act as a private broker for customs clearance.

Brazil
For shipments to Brazil, please ensure the following:
- Obtain the CPF/CNPJ information from the recipient.
- Enter the CPF/CNPJ in the Tax ID field when preparing the shipment.
Failure to provide CPF/CNPJ information may result in customs delays or shipment rejection or seizure of package.
For postal shipments to Brazil:
- The recipient must register with the Brazil Postal System (Correios) and submit the required information for customs clearance.

Failure to complete registration and submit the required details may result in shipment delays, customs refusal, or return of the shipment.
