The final billing freight weight will be the actual weight / volumetric weight whichever is higher.

Example:
Package with an actual weight 3.40kg with a dimension of 55 x 35 x 20 cm

Volumetric Weight : 55 x 35 x 20 / 5000 = 7.70kg

The volumetric weight is heavier than the actual weight. Having a big volume means that it will occupy more cargo space. The final billing weight will be based on the volumetric weight.
